A Patient Representative may visit you during your stay to ask about your experiences at CMMC. These trained volunteers work closely with our patients and the Medical Center staff to ensure that you receive the best possible care. The Patient Representative will:
- Listen to, investigate, and make every effort to resolve any concerns you may have.
- Help you, your family or an individual of your choice understand your rights as a patient.
- Help you understand hospital practices concerning your care.
- Help you get the information you need and want about your care.
A patient survey may be mailed to your home within two weeks after your discharge. We look forward to your feedback
